Join the cohort. It's free.

One screen, and you are in. No application to wait on and nobody to approve you.

01

Everything happens in English

Live sessions, code reviews, the chat, the feedback on your work. You needn't be fluent - you'll be using it every day, and that's how it gets better.

02

You're 18 or older

This one we can't bend. Cohorts are adult working groups with adult expectations, and we can't take responsibility for minors.

03

You're decent to the people around you

You'll be reading other people's unfinished work, and they'll be reading yours. Help first - a review is about the work, never the person. Contempt costs you your place in the cohort, however good your work is.

04

Expect two to three hours a day, three days a week

Six to nine hours a week, spread across it rather than saved for one long weekend a month. The academy runs on a cohort rhythm: the people reviewing your work are waiting on it, and you're waiting on theirs.

We write here about your cohort - the start date, the sessions, anything that moves.
